A transaction involves a payment via card. This includes completed payments as well as technical processes that require a connection to the technical network operator (terminal closure). The transaction fee covers the costs associated with technical processing and implementation of the financial transaction.
The message ‘Payment completed’ or ‘Authorisation completed’ will be printed on the merchant receipt. This indicates that the transaction was successful. Alternatively, you can initiate a manual printout via the option ‘Checkout report’ or ‘Checkout overview’, which displays all transactions since the last terminal closure.
The card failed the security check and is therefore not being accepted.
